Great and brilliant location within a short walk to the outlet, the Big Cat Sanctuary, restaurants, and the High-speed International railway station. Very comfy beds in the twin room. - Great decor throughout. - Lovely and approachable staff at the reception desk

The breakfast was GOOD hot with fresh waffles and many food, as example. Both rooms we booked where great-sized and fashionable with very comfy beds, no complaints whatsoever. The location was particularly good and the room was tidy.

Really fantastic base for shopping. Clean hotel, exceptional employees at the reception desk. Stocked room and best bathroom, delicious breakfast. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available. 5 minutes walk to a bus stop.

The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel is conveniently located near popular tourist attractions in Kent and the High Speed International railway station. the twin room had a very comfortable bed along with a work desk, tea/coffee making facilities, and a variety of TV channels. Great option for vegetarians during breakfast.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful and fabulous. the location is lovely, close to the outlet, the Big Cat Sanctuary, cinema, bar, and parks. - It's a short walk from the train station, town center, and city center. - the English breakfast I ordered was excellent. - Booked a room with good views. - the staff at the reception desk were lovely and approachable.
